Manage all property needs - building exterior & common area amenities, security & access systems
Meet regularly, communicate and work as team member with Board
Administer bookkeeping, pay all bills, collect delinquent accounts (QuickBooks & HOA specialty software)
Prepare monthly financial & management reports for BOD, prepare annual budget
Conduct covenant inspections and administer violation letters; manage Architectural Review requests
Manage office/pool staff, interview vendors, acquire contractor bids, insurance certificates, W9/1099 application, E-Verify
Research and assist owners/Board/residents with CC&R’s, Rules, ADA/Fair Housing, local, state, federal requirements
